Common Questions

The app cannot access my camera or photos.

Open iOS Settings, find Facade Studio AI, and confirm that Camera and Photos permissions are enabled. The app only asks for these permissions when you choose to take, select, or save an image.

My generation did not finish.

Check your internet connection and try again. AI image generation requires an active connection because your selected home photo is processed by our generation service.

Where are generated images saved?

Generated images may be stored locally inside the app. If you choose to save a result to Photos, it will be added to your device photo library after you grant permission.

Privacy and Data

Facade Studio AI uses photos you choose or capture to generate exterior home design concepts. We do not sell your photos or use them for third-party advertising tracking.

For privacy questions or deletion requests, email us with the approximate date of your request and any request ID or context you can provide.

Before Contacting Us

• Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
• Restart the app and try the action again.
• Check that your device has a stable internet connection.
• If saving to Photos fails, confirm that Photos permission is enabled.

What to Include

• Your device model and iOS version.
• The app version, if visible in the App Store or app settings.
• A short description of what happened.
• Whether the issue happened while taking a photo, selecting a photo, generating, or saving.
