An action did not respond

Close and reopen the app, confirm that you have a stable internet connection, and try the action again. If the issue continues, email us with the screen name and the action you selected.

I cannot find a previous project

Projects and favorites are stored locally on your device. They may no longer be available after the app is deleted, its local data is removed, or the device is restored without the relevant app data.

The app asks for AI photo consent

The first time you generate from a personal photo, CurbCanvas explains what is sent, who processes it, and why. Choosing Not Now stops the upload and generation. You can review or withdraw consent from Import Photo > How AI uses photos.

Camera and photo access

Camera access is unavailable

Open iOS Settings, select CurbCanvas, and enable Camera. Camera access is requested only when you choose to take a new exterior photo.

I cannot choose a photo

Open iOS Settings, select CurbCanvas, and review its Photos permission. When iOS offers limited access, make sure the exterior photo you want to use is included in the allowed selection.

Photo tip: Use a clear, well-lit exterior image with the building filling most of the frame. Avoid unnecessary people, license plates, addresses, or other personal information.

AI generation

Generation did not start

Confirm that a photo and design direction are selected and that you accepted the AI Photo Processing notice. If you decline the notice, no photo is sent and generation does not start.

Generation timed out or failed

Check your internet connection and retry. A temporary service or network issue can interrupt upload or result delivery. The app should return an error instead of remaining indefinitely on the generating screen.

The result is not what I expected

Try a clearer exterior photo, a different design direction, or another style strength. Generated images are design concepts and may contain visual inaccuracies; verify materials, dimensions, structure, costs, permits, and construction feasibility with qualified professionals before relying on a concept.

Saving generated results

A result will not save to Photos

Open iOS Settings, select CurbCanvas, and allow the app to add images to Photos. Then return to the result and choose Save again.

Where are saved images stored?

When you choose Save and grant permission, the generated image is added to the Photos library on your device. Projects and favorites shown inside CurbCanvas remain in the app's local storage.

Subscriptions and purchases

CurbCanvas Pro is offered through weekly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple processes payment and displays the localized price before purchase.

Restore an existing purchase

Open the CurbCanvas Pro screen and select Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally purchased the subscription. Restoration does not create a new charge.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open iOS Settings, select your Apple Account, then select Subscriptions. Choose CurbCanvas to review the plan or cancellation options. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

A purchase is pending, canceled, or failed

Return to the Pro screen after the App Store purchase sheet closes. If access does not refresh, use Restore Purchases. For billing authorization or payment-method issues, contact Apple Support because Apple controls App Store payment processing.

Privacy and data deletion

CurbCanvas does not require an account. Personal photos are sent for AI processing only after you provide affirmative consent. Details about processors, retention, security, and your choices are available in our Privacy Policy.

Withdraw AI-processing consent

Open Import Photo > How AI uses photos, then choose Withdraw Consent. The next personal-photo generation attempt will ask for consent again before uploading.

Request deletion of server-side information

Email a deletion request to support@curbstudioai.com and include the approximate request date and any request ID or context available in the app. Because the app has no account, these details help us locate the relevant request. We will verify and respond to a valid request within 30 days, or within any shorter period required by applicable law.

To remove locally stored projects and results, delete the relevant content in the app where available or uninstall the app, subject to normal iOS and iCloud backup behavior.

Contact details

Support is provided by email. Please do not send a home photo unless we specifically request it and you are comfortable sharing it for troubleshooting.
